How is this 2 day split?

    2 day split

    Day 1: Chest/Tri/Legs

    Chest:
    DB bench 12/10/8
    Decline bench 12/10/8
    Iso lateral Incline press 12/10/8
Cable flys: 12/10/8 (superset with dips) max reps

    Triceps
Skullcrushers supersetted with the dumbbell type skull crushers and then supersetted with tricep extensions 12/10/8 (favorite exercise ever)
tricep pull down with rope 12/10/8

    Legs
    Split squat 12/10/8
    Leg press 10/8/6
Calf raises 25/20/15/10 adding weight each time then I go back down so 10/15/20/25

I'm in the gym for about an hour and a half.

Day 2 Back/Biceps/Shoulders (weird but a bodybuilder showed me this)
    Back:
Pull ups til failure 3 sets
    Bent over row 12/10/8
    Lat pull 12/10/8
    Seated row 12/10/8

    Biceps/Shoulders
    Seated DB curls 12/10/8
I sit down on the seated row Machine and do curls like that confusing I know but it's hard (12/10/8) and then supersetted with shoulder press 12/10/8
Preacher curls supersetted with side lateral raise with cable 12/10/8

Shoulder press (different than other shoulder press) supersetted with shrugs 12/10/8

    Wrist curls 12/10/8

    I train 4-6 days a week
How does this workout look? I am thinking about 4 day split cause I'll have more time since school is almost over

how long have you been training, also do you just repeat this same workout for days 3-6 if you workout six days a week? is so that would mean your training each body part two/three times a week, and probably seriously overtraining your muscle groups. Show me what the full week looks like and not just two days so I can see the big picture and not just assume.

    Thanks,

It's a 2 day split so and I've been training for 2 years but web wrestling season starts I stop lifing
    Monday: Day 1
Tuesday: Nothing because I work and can't lift
    Wednesdy: Day 2
    Thursday: Day 1
    Friday: Day 2
I usually don't train Saturday and suday

I am thinking about just starting a 4 day split so I can lift harder ad not have to worry about overtraining

If your doing these at even a modest intensity then your definitely over training. theres only two days between mon thurs workout and only one day rest between your tues thurs workout. general rul of thumb is 4 days rest for large muscle groups and 3 for smaller muscles. you may want to try 1 muscle group a day per week and bump up the intensity and amount of sets and excersises that you are doing.

ok so yea a 4 day split.

How would this look : Monday Chest/shoulders
    Tuesday:bis/tris
    Wednesday: back
    Friday: Legs

The only problem I have with a 4 day split is it feels like I would be in the gym for 30 minutes only on like back day or legs day. What do others think?

The problem with that split is the overlapping. Most movements for chest already hit tris and tris are worked the following day. Back movements have some bi involvement yet bis are hit the the day before. You could go to a 3 day split with something like this
Mon: Upper body horizontal push/pull. So you would do bench, inclines, barbell rows, seated rows and tricep exercise
    Wed: Legs
Fri: Upper vertical push pull so you would do overhead presses, chins, shurgs and throw in lateral raises and bicep exercise.

don't go to the gym with a time frame in mind. just go and bust ass at the best intensity possible while getting quality lifts doing your desired work out. if it takes 20 min or an hour so be it. its over when its over. imho
