    huge str drop

Anyone else have this problem? When i do higher rep exercises my weight dropps way to much. For example normally when i do incline db press ill do 95's for 6 reps. Today i decided lets do some sets of 8 and i could only do 60's. Is this normal or am i just odd.

Stupid Question #1: Did you forget to eat or sleep that day/night before?

Stupid Question #2: Did you do any other excercises before the massive drop in power?

To say that's a precipitous drop in strength levels is a severe understatement.

incredibly severe. How long in between your workouts (of same muscles of couse), its hard to believe that with proper diet, sleep and recovery time that a few extra reps would decrease your weight by that much.

stupid question # 3 - your not smoking weed before hand are you?
stupid question # 4 - your not drinking berforehand are you?

all i can think of...sorry bro. I would just chalk it up to 'one of those days' but 35lbs is way too much for it to just be one of those days. let us know

    peace

1.I eat the same pre workout everyday about 8 hrs of sleep
2.I did flatbench but i did that either way
    3&4 dont drink or smoke
I work out each bodypart once a week. Its not like this was something that just happened one day its been like this for a while. Anything above 6 reps and my weight plummets. Its realy odd.

Sounds like you have no endurance. Do you do any kind of cardio or are you a physical person (play sports or anything of that nature) besides workingout?
