Deadlift: 5 reps of 125kg
And wait for it...
Squat: 5 reps of 85kg
I do not understand y my squat is so far behind, i never neglect leg training and i push 110% on squats
Also i break parralell every time and go ATG
Any pointers to skyrocket my squat???
