Lacking in Squats
A bit about me
Age: 19
Height: 172cm
Weight: 73kg
bf: 12 - 14%
Bench: 5 reps of 80kg
Deadlift: 5 reps of 125kg
And wait for it...
Squat: 5 reps of 85kg
I do not understand y my squat is so far behind, i never neglect leg training and i push 110% on squats
Also i break parralell every time and go ATG
Any pointers to skyrocket my squat???

What routine u on mate? I was at about that level when I started madcows and my numbers rocketed up, just focus on technique and speed
