    Treadmill!

    I'm sitting here and woundering!

My bulk is up very soon but this time i want to get it right, no excess fat!

My last bulk was a disaster and i just ate and ate and grew but plenty of my pounds were fat so i wounder what i should do during my bulk to not get that real fat?

My best advice for myself (schizo?) is to take the treadmill 5 times a week for an hour with my stomach full off proteins!

Actually doing cardio with anything in your stomach besides water is pointless except for it being a cardiovascular workout. If you want to keep fat gains to a minimum eat clean and if you do cardio stick to maybe 3-4 times a week at 30-45 minutes on an empty stomach at a nice easy pace uphill walking.

Whats the best day to walk on? My resting days or my workout days?

It all depends, I would do mine on my workout days. I forgotto mention to do it in the morning before you eat. Just up your calories some so not to slow or stall your gains.

optimal heart rate is the key to cardio. I've been doing my cardio first thing in the morning with outstanding results. I gives you energy throughout the day.

yo Texan, I think the first 20 minutes of cardio may be useless (with more than water in your stomach) but I believe after 20 minutes you'll enter into the oxidative state and begin using fat for fuel. Doing it first thing in the morning, I guess you'd be burning fat off the jump.
