Hey friends well I made my own current workout for weight loss I'm a newb so in just looking for some critic. Nutrition- chicken,whole grain,fish,high protein beef, salad, fruit juice with antioxidants, Gatorade for electrolytes, water for peak body performance

Workout- half a mile run with intervals of high and low intensity, dumbbell standing curls, dumbbell preacher curls , dumbbell chest press, dumbbell tricep lift, dumbbell fly, doing 3 sets of ten with 20lbs

I would really like some more cardio exersice and back and leg exersices that I can do at home that will put bulk and chest
