Hello, I need a good workout routine, im wanting to get cut and toned I think I'm decent size but wanting to get rid of the bottom belly and tighten some loose skin from a previous weight loss, I was 243 and now 182 losses it about 4-5 months ago most has tightened up but need a good workout routine good cardio!!

I can post pic if needed help I can see my top abs good and my second ones barely but I just need help you guys are smart an know wht to do I'm trying to get my nutrtion in check been working out for awhile and getting decent big I'm wanting to get cut and tone but also build little muscle but ya just want the belly and skin to tighten up more so anything I'll listen!!!
