rear delts
Looking to round out my shoulders. they are lagging a bit in the back. What kindof workouts do you guys do for them?

If your gym has a pec fly machine, you can do it backwards. That's what I usually do. Not sure if this helped or not but good luck!

I like doing cable rows (close grip) supper settled with the rear delt flys! My front delts are much bigger than my rears! So I'm trying to bring them uo
