    Weightlifting Ratios

    I'm trying to set new goals for myself and want to make sure everything balanced. What do u guys recommend for a good ratio? bench to squat to deadlift to overhead press to curl, etc

    I'm 6'1" and right now I weigh about 190 at 8% BF. I bench 275, squat and deadlift around 350 (I only do stiff legged), overhead press 155, and curl probably 125. My current short term goal is to bench press 315, and I'm trying to base my other goals off of this.

    Btw it took me FOREVER to get past the sites spam software and post this. Eventually found out it was because I was using an "at" symbol instead of the actual word where i talk about my BF %
