Which Training method is right for me

Stats: 25 years old, 175 pounds, 5'8" , 12% body fat, slim/muscular, I cant eat big in one sitting so I eat often i aim for 3500 calories a day but usually just break 3000. Take a weight gainer whey protein shake morning and after workouts. I guess I'd be considered a hardgainer, undereater/overtrainer. but diet has been excellent in recent months. I'm looking to put on some muscle mass about 20 pounds in the next 3-4 months while maintaining a high level of cardio running/swimming. Currently training for special forces. Currently have a few years of lifting experience and a pretty good knowledge of proper form.

I will be doing my first steroid cycle in the coming weeks. Its 500mg of test-e per week for 10 weeks while taking arimidex on cycle and have a nolva/clomid plan for pct. I know alot of people disagree with taking steroids at my weight but I've made my decision and looking for some solid training advice.

In a nutshell my current weightlifting plan is upper, lower, off, upper lower, off, off . Alot of compound lifts and some tempo lifts. I take sunday completely off but other days I'm doing cardio, push ups/pull ups/situps eod. running/swimming. I've gotten some good results over a 3 month period and I have put on some good mass naturally and definitely big increases in strength and muscular endurance.

So I'm looking to start something new to go along with this cycle. I have done alot research on working about one group of muscles very intensely once per week or 3x per week with a rest day inbetween. Theres just alot of information out there and different opinions I'm pretty unsure of what would be best.

I'm not looking for someone to hold my hand through this just some general opinions on scheduling/methods or links to some good training regimens. Any helpful information would be great thankyou.

you can take all the advice you want to from other people , but everybody is different your gonna have to take the time and learn your body.soon you will be able to tell what works for you. you mote try something someone else is doing and you mite not benifit from it. and if i was you i would stay away from the high intensity cardio you wanna preserve all the muscle you can but hey its just my 2cents hope it helps

You cannot possibly gain 20lbs of muscle by running Test E for 10 weeks, no one can, as a matter of fact.

It will take you years of training, eating, recovering and cycling relentlessly to gain that much muscle and more importantly RETAIN that mass, especially if you will be performing several sessions of intense cardio such as running and/or swimming, considering that you are a hard gainer to begin with.

You can try the typical high volume training regimen, especially while cycling.

HIT becomes a much better method during PCT, considering the cortisol factor.
