how much.. is too much?!.. cardio...please guys need help
So i finished pct three weeks ago, great gains that this far ive kept, and it still feels, even kind looks, like im.still gettin bigger...
Thing is.my body stature, the more muscle i get seems to show the bits of puppy fat iv had since teens, includin a bit of love handles, a bit man boobish too...
Its really gettin to me, so.. I sarted doin 30 mins of cardio (crosstrainer) 5 times a week when i train. My body fat is 17% and i weigh 200.pounds about.
Am i doing enough, too much and starving my muscles of he calories.im intaking? I need some advice, think im gonna start on clen i think soon, the.bigger my chest is gettin, more obviouse i got..man boob thing.going..
It effects my self esteem in a f'in sucky way to..thanks

30 mins of cardio (crosstrainer) 5 times a week is nowhere close to too much cardio at your current stats, don't even bother yourself with that thought.
Do what it takes to melt that fat and regain your self-confidence, mate.

The heart is arguably the strongest muscle with respect to per-portion in the body, maybe the tongue, but it would take an sick insane amount of cardio to be to much. Like 3hrs a day 7xweek

Ok, i just didnt want to stop any lean muscle gaining i can make, ill add 60min of walking too that i.was doin (weather has been good here in wales) cheers guys, as long as im doin enough i hope to see improvement..

Fasted (empty stomach) cardio will even allow for further fat loss since your metabolism will attack fat reserves in the absence of glucose in the blood stream.
... and when your BF is 17%, last thing you should worry about is loosing muscle tissue during low to moderate intensity cardio.
