SUMO OR Regular deads whats your favorite?
Whats up brothers just got back from working out did squats and deads .
Anyways I thought I would change things up a bit so I did my normal working set Sumo style and I acutually got off more on my lift by 10 Ibs
from last week .So any of you tryied sumo before or are you doing a sumo type dead lift now and how do you like it ?Peace

regular.....never been able to grasp the sumo style.

Just me that doesn't do deads anymore becuz of all the mass i've packed on my waist?
It looked like shit and thankfully it has gone back a bit while dieting...but there's still some damage there, no more deads for me...

They felt real good yesterday but today damn I can hardly sit down but that could be from the deads .I did notice that by doing the sumo's that my lower back felt better than it has ,I dont know have to give it another try next week and see if I can keep going up .Peace
