Dubstep is ****ing terrible music. I do not understand how anyone listens to it.

If I am lifting I usually listen to 90's hip hop
Cardio- Always house. The past couple of weeks I have been listening to sets from Luciano, Dubfire, Carl Cox from EDC

I usually start off with red hot chili, or Chicago, journey for warm up, then switch to heavy metal for weight training, then to techno o for cardio

Tool , Alice in Chains , Metallica , Rage Against the Machine, Disturbed , POD

Now for cardio I listen to totally different stuff. Im a big fan of live Dave Matthews Band when I do cardio....long rambling songs..make the time fly by.

    x2 for Slayer.

Lately though, I've been listening to Opeth almost exclusively while working out!

Must be a pattern think I got the same lady at mine.
My favorite music to workout to is five fiber death punch, tech n9ne and Jason aldean haha weird mix but it works. Plus five finger death punch is super pro military and that always gets me pumped

Another for Five Finger Death Punch. Also Disturbed, Linkin Park, System of a Down, Hollywood Undead, Mudvayne, or if I'm feeling like something different I'll go for some more raw rap/hip hop. Roy Jones Jr, Jedi Mind Tricks, D2L, 90s gangster rap, Fort Minor...

My favourite music is this rap, by Jay Cutler:

"One, Two, Three, Four, err.... errr.... ERRR, EHRRRRR!!"

I always sing it in my head, in silence, when I workout...

Then I end it with this "Yup, yup... lightweight... lightweight..." by Ronnie C.
