    workout

    hi guys i just bought the arnolds book and i just started the workout on level 1 which is every body part 3 times a week so chest and back on monday and wed and friday and shoulders triceps and biceps on tuesday thurs and sat now its only 4 exercises each body part and of course im doing legs my question is, is this workout only used for sum1 on steroids and will this actually be hurting me from growing?

    Christ every body part 3 times a week? I would be worn out for sure. I only do 1 body part twice a week and that is my chest because it loses strength and size if I don't. Try doing Chest... Back... Rest...Tris/shoulders.... Bis...Legs ....Rest repeat. If you have not been working out much or are just starting back up I would definitely leave it to one body part a week. Do what your body tells you to do not a book. Books are great for ideas and mixing things up, but only do the basics when you are starting or getting back into it. That is just IMO.

    thanks i been working out for bout 2 years i dont get sore that much i am lil now bec i just started this ima try it for couple weeks i feel more stronger after just couple days but mite be in my mind
