first of all are you on gear? if so don't run it will cause problems with your heart do more high resistance eliptical/stair and bike work, second if your goal is overall weight loss regaurdless of muscle wasting high intensity cardio is always better, however you say you're trying to cut so low intensity cardio as i mentioned in the first part is better for burning fat calories and avoiding muscle wasting due to intense cardio. If there is anything else that you want to know and you feel I am a reliable enough source all you have to do is message me and if you don't feel i'm reliable sorry to bother you lol
Tried sending you a message it didnt work.Originally Posted by laidstallion1992
I have been using Albuterol. For the last week. Havent seen much of any results from the ALbuterol. I gots to keep at it I guess!
My goal is to get to 12-15 % bf.
How long do you think this could take with proper diet etc....
What should be my HRT rate zone to bur fat? I want a athletic look with some noticeable muscle!
I also practice MMA.
Thanks in advance

Bodybuilders typically follow a lower intensity cardio routine where the HR is at a maximum of 130 bpm; however, the sessions themselves are prolonged. This way, it is ensured that your metabolism will attack fat reserves only and there will be minimal stress on joints.
I also follow this routine when I cut, simply because it works. When you walk for 60 min at 125-130 bpm, and do this 5-6 times a week, those stubborn fat reserves start melting and your waist becomes thinner than what you would have initially expected from such a slow and boring process of just walking...
You have to love doing this type of cardio, you have to teach yourself how to love it, otherwise you'll never do it consistently, which seems to be the most common problem regarding the subject. So, don't be a cardio hater if you want to achieve your goal of loosing stubborn BF![]()
Thank you very much turkish juicer!!Originally Posted by Turkish Juicer
I love Cardio!! It can get kinda boring at times but other than that i like it!!
Is it ok to do 40 min cardio for fat burning staying at 125-130 bpm?

Nice thread. I've been doing the elliptical for 33min @ 150 bpm. Guess I'll drop to 130 bpm and work up to 60 min. I need to drop a decent bit of fat.

If you are training for mma then you need cardio, you could walk 24/7 with 125-130 bpm? and then what? I would wear your azz out in 2 min haha.
How would you figure that?? I doubt it!!Originally Posted by ironbeck

How about walking up a hill at 130-135 bpm?? Is that also considered cardio for fat loss??
Thanks in advance

Guys one thing that sucks!, this whole week I have been doing my cardio for 40 min straight. Instead of feeling leaner I feel like bloated and stuff, whats up with that?

Turkish Juicer,
I've always had a problem getting rid of the lower back fat. I've tried running with my heart rate up in the range of 160-170 for 25-30 min. It seems that I start burning muscle instead of fat. You're saying that I should drop my heart rate down and walk for long periods of time and that will burn that back stubborn back fat
Could also be your diet!!Originally Posted by cjr579
