Does this look ok? Generally 3-4 sets of each at 6-8 reps each as heavy as I can. And I vary it up, but my biggest concern is if deadlifts work there. So basically your legs are only on like 3 or 4 days rest from deadlifting when you squat. Is that enough?

Back Day:
Deadlifts
Underhanded Lat Pulldowns
Wide grip Lat Pulldowns

Curls
Shoulder Day:

Behind head overhead shoulder press
Upright Rows
Backward flys (or whatever it's called)
Shrugs
Leg Day:

Throw in abs whenever I have extra energy at end of any workout or in the morning
Would you change anything?
