Dead-Lift on "back" day or "leg" day
I've worked out for years, but just started getting serious and doing deadlifts. I know they work your legs and your back. Do you typically do them on "back" days or "leg" days? I've been doing them to start my back day. My only concern would be overworking my legs. I basically do 4 different workouts, usually with a day of rest between. Sometimes I'll go back-to-back days. Does this look ok? Generally 3-4 sets of each at 6-8 reps each as heavy as I can. And I vary it up, but my biggest concern is if deadlifts work there. So basically your legs are only on like 3 or 4 days rest from deadlifting when you squat. Is that enough?
Chest Day:
Bench
Incline bench
Dips
Flys
Tricep pulldowns
Back Day:
Deadlifts
Underhanded Lat Pulldowns
Wide grip Lat Pulldowns
Rows
Curls
Shoulder Day:
In front of head overhead shoulder press
Behind head overhead shoulder press
Upright Rows
Backward flys (or whatever it's called)
Shrugs
Leg Day:
Squats
Leg Press
Leg Curls
Leg Extensions
Calf Raises
Throw in abs whenever I have extra energy at end of any workout or in the morning
Would you change anything?

On back days - dead last, nice and heavy to "finish" you off. Plus it wont hit the legs much if you do them right.

It's all about what works for you!! I did deads on leg day and was very strong, it felt good,
my back days are very high volume and if I add deadlifts in, I'd be at the gym for atleast 90mins,
Just do whatever works for you! Also I think u should add another exercise for arms in there, or have an arm day
