I need help!!!
My girlfriend asked me to help her lose weight. In reality I believe she just wants more muscle tone/size. She doesn't want to be a bodybuilder or anything she just wants to tone up and have exercises that will help her become a stronger swimmer(she is a butterflier in college). Any suggestions on workouts and supplementaion would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for all your help.

If she is a college athlete then have her ask her strength coach for some good lifts. Her coach should have some ideas as well.

The coach that trains them in weights is the coach for the football team. All he cares about is power lifting and she is not into power lifting. She has been doing his workout for a year and has had very small improvement.

well try light weights with high reps and little rest between, and try to do some light aerobics after the workout. then do each muscle group spread out over 4 or 5 days.. i mean she could really just follow your routine whatever that is, but using much ligher weights of course, im assuming your girlfriend cannot lift more than you, haha
