You should do Chest/tris, legs, rest, Back/Bis, shoulder/traps, rest, rest. That's what I've read how people split their workout. Personally I don't do that but I'm sure someone will give you a great workout routine

You telling us your split doesn't really doesnt really tell us much about the volume of your routine. How many sets/reps are you doing for each muscle group? That is where the overtraining might be happening.

A lot of people choose to do their split in different ways... I typically train chest/tris, back/bis, legs, shoulders/traps. Abs get worked in there somewhere, I mix abs in at different times. I'm not disagreeing with K.Shinedling but my split has been working well for me for the past few years.

See I knew people did that split ahaha. Personally, I do Chest, Bi/Tri, Shoulder/Back/Trap, Bi/Tri, legs. It works well for me but some may not agree.

Me personally, I cannot do, legs after back days, and shoulders after a chest n tri day!!
I agree with others that you need to state your exercises, sets, and reps, but me personally I like

    Back and bis
    Chest
    legs and abs
    Shoulders and tris!
With this routine your body shouldn't be overworking your arms or shoulders!
    Add rest days where necessary
I like to add a rest day after my chest day and after my shoulder day! And your set!

Dude, it is different from one person to another. i do 6 days a week and feeling very good. I would recommend day one: Chest & Abs, Day two: Legs & Cardio, Day 3: Arms & Abs, Day 4 rest, Day 5: back & Cardio, Day 6 Shoulders & Abs, Day 7: Rest.
