More cardio u do, more cals you burn, do u count calories? Only real way to do it when cutting! Cut cals by 500 under your TDEE or burn 500cals extra a day!
This is a good number to preserve a maximum amount of muscle mass, if u do too much of a deficit, you will lose LBM.

and low intensity cardio.
your liver stores 300-400 cals of glycogen during the day... after you sleep you are in a fasted state as in those cals have been burned...
IF you exercise cardio in the am, you are burning stored fats, if you can keep it low intensity...
if you do high intensity you will burn fats and amino acids.. muscle..
there ya go..The answer to your every question

^^^ THIS.
And to echo what others said - cardio is one piece of the equation. Diet, training, etc. are all equally as important. If you are looking into gear as a fat burning tool without having a firm grasp on the fundamentals of proper diet and training, you are most definitely wasting your time, not to mention money.

If it was easy everybody would be walking around at 10% bodyfat. I'm not a fan of chicken and vegetables. I love pasta and bread and candy and chips. You have to decide how important it is to reach your goals and make the neccessary sacrafices.
