Chest Workout
Hey guys what workout would be best for creating more of a flat chested look. I already have a good muscle look in my pecs now I am looking to have it look flatter.
I was thinking dumbell flies with light weights but high reps?

Flatter? You mean leaner? Less size?

Ya I guess it would be leaner around the nipple area. It's not gyno I know that just to shred the area more.

you should always be eating these foods on cycle or not, what are your marcos? are they processed burgers or ones you make yourself?
how tall are you and what are your macros
are you sure your 13%? how did you come up with that figure, if you have substantial fat deposits around nipple then you could be more then this

not sure what macros are but the burgers are bought in bulk from a butcher. I'm 5"10 I'm 13%bf, when I switched gyms they made me do a fit test and with these electronic things they measured my bf.
I've been told that in order to make my pecs flatter decline bench/dumbell press is good

Try mixing in some cables and cardio if you're trying to tighten it up.

I'd be interested to see your diet and hear your actual goals. 167@13% is no real base to work off.
Be also interested to hear your PCT plans as well as diet changes during pct!NO SOURCES GIVEN

I eat rice, skinless chicken breast, 2 protien shakes, full sweet potato, asparagus, oatmeal, fruits, cod, beef burger, through out the day then go home and if it's not too late and dark out I cook up a steak with rice and peppers. For pct food as the day goes I'm researching more into it, as to what I should cut out.

What are the macro's for your diet?
20-25lb muscle gain in 1 cycle? And lose fat? You may need to substantially reduce your goals.NO SOURCES GIVEN

I don't think you can create a flatter look to your chest but you can make it looked more chiseled

I would like to cut to make my chest flatter. Just trying to figure out the best chest workout to do so. I know eats lots of lean foods at low carbs will help for cutting the bf to make the chest leaner as well

I think you should wait until after your cycle to worry about cutting.

Would high reps with lower weights of chest flys work with a good run on treadmill fast for 3 mins slow for 3 mins for about 20mins, then low weights high reps decline bench, the correct workout for what I'm going for
