Stick too 3 days a week?

Hey guys I'm currently into my 5th week of sus250 and before this I trained 3 days a week because my body didn't like over training . But since I started my cycle I've been training 4 days a week with Wednesday off and I've gain 3kg but my question is should I have stayed at 3 days a week or by taking steroids you should train more often than what I use to? What I'm trying to say is just because I'm taking sus250 does it mean I change the way I use to train? Thanks

Do you feel good training 4 days a week? do you feel tired? If not then keep training 4 days a week.. i train 5 days a week with Wednesday and Sunday off... you should always train hard with or without gear,so that should not matter, and yes you should change the way you train, BUT not because you are taking gear, you should change the way you train sometimes, so your body does not get use to the same exercises over and over.
reason i train 5 days a week, is to do all my body parts 2 times a week, once heavy and the other day light, and i only do that for so long, then i change my entire work out again........

Yea i agree with snowman;you should train hard no matter what u are on.. if you want results you have to.. because you have to stress your muscle more than the day before.. thats how u grow, always trying to improve and do better! I personally dont think 3 days of training is enough.. I think a solid 5 day a week training schedule will give you plenty a rest and better results. But always listen to your body if that is too much then adjust to whatever you feel best doing!
