    Cutting Bf

    Do you guys have any main tips when it comes to body fat or mainly intense interval training?

    He is not telling you to go to the gym, but to do cardio - you could simply run in a park near your place for half an hour! You should do it on an empty stomach - you will lower your body fat percentage!

    Ok, I do run but never on an empty stomach I'll try it out
