hello
So i am use to power style training with linear progression each week and resets when i stall. all my lifting career back in the day and now with my come back. i am changing to a push / pull x 2 a week . looking to do one high volume and the other low volume.
now i have my current 10 rep max and 5 rep max.
with a more body building hypertrophy approach, do i just start lifting my maxes or just under so i can get all 3 sets completed being shy 1-2 of failure?> on the given volume day? and keep doing that for a few weeks until i can add more weight , rinse and repeat? Or am i way off.
