Try to do calves raises one week with light weight and higher reps and another week with heavy weight and low reps! Try it for a good two months and wait for results!

I like to load up the leg press and rep out some heavy weight. The donkey raise has also worked well for me. Lighter weight/higher reps has never really done that much for me. I would mess around with different ranges and see what brings the size! Good luck

I usually superset my calf workouts with seated and standing calf raises. I'll mix it up between single and double leg and usually combine one or two heavy sets with 6-8 hypertrophy sets.

Just make sure you warm up properly!!!! I was lifting as much as 850lbs but 5 weeks ago I didn't warm up properly and jumped in the standing calf raises loaded at 600lbs. On my third rep, first set, I tore my left calf! Now I'm rehabbing it lifting only 30lbs

Focus on deads and squats - calves will develop in time by default
