Ok I usually do 4 sets per muscle group and switch up how many sets I do. I am not having a problem with gain at the moment, but want to know what some of you guys do, on short rep days I like 8,8,6,6 and the last set I try to do negatives, then on high rep days I try to do 15,15,12,12, I have always been about fail on my short days and no fail on long days, anyone got some different patterns that they like? I am open for switching up a little, just curious
