    (Question) Best Cardio workout?

    im 210lb 6'1" 26yrs old w/about 18%bf. What would be the best cardio weekly training schedule for me to burn fat. Thanks in adavance.

    5 times a week for 35-45 mins at 65% of your max heart rate.
