    Traps, with back or shoulders?

Ok I always workout my traps with my shoulders, but was reading in a muscle mag about doing them with back, I was wondering what some of you guys like to work them out with? I already love doing my back, by far my favorite to workout, I like doing traps too and always looked forward to getting to them after I do shoulders! Any input would be grateful!

Your traps will get work on back day as well. Especially if you're doing deads. I do them on delt and arms day.

^^ i now switched over to include them on arm day as well. don't have to do them on back or shoulder day if you don't want to.

Yes I do dead lifts, big part of my heavy back day, I usually pair up with bi's on back days, then shoulders and tri's or chest and tri's. I am really trying to bulk up right now, I have been working out for about 4 years now, but only been real serious about it the last year and a half. I am 5'7" and current weight at 167. I was at on point upto 230lbs but really dropped my calorie count and have lost a little over 50lbs these last 6 months. I was keeping a calorie count at about 1500-1700, and am currently increasing it slowly as I am hitting the weights harder now. I am up to about 2500 calories right now. I didn't want to jump it up huge fast cause trying to keep weight down still. I have been reading stickies for about a week now on here taking in all the wonderful advice you guys have to give. I am grateful for you guys taking your time and explaining diets and workout routines as well as the breakdown of things. Thanks guys for all the time helpin us news out
