Thread: Rear delt - back day or shoulder day? Seriously

    Rear delt - back day or shoulder day? Seriously

    I really have no ide when to do them... i always do shoulders two days after my back workout.

    At the moment im doing them at my back workout. But when i flex my shoulders i really see that the rear delt is a part of the shoulder.. and many BBs train it out with shoulders...

    So what do you guys recommend?

    either one is fine. but keep in mind you will hit the rear delt somewhat on back day. so it depends on where you have room for them in your wkly sched.

    You can switch it up you might target other muscle fibers you wouldn't normally.

    My rear delts get some work during back day but I chose to isolate them on shoulder day.

    Ive been doing them with back day for a few years now.

    Good results.

    But try and see how you respond.

    I tend to train my rear delts with my shoulders

    Yeah alright. Well i guess its a personal opionion only.. Ill try doing them on shoulder day for a whilie and see how it goes !!

    I do them on shoulder days and as my last exercise. I find that I can rip them up so good that I have a hard time doing any exercises after
