i have been using trx in my routine for about a 1yr and a half and really love the core stabalizing aspect as it seam to connect the body in all aspects of my workout. just starting to begin my cycle and was wondering what you guys do as far as trx excercises, would think you guys would use it as cardio. i especially like the one leg deep squat and the asissted lunge. i plan on using it as cardio as it raises my hr level about as much as running 5 miles with less impact on knees. i am a triathelete and want long lean strength and explosivness, a little bulk would be a good plus but not really what i am looking for. Superior athletic performance is what i am looking for, not so much a body builder. Any suggestions, i allready do a lot of plyo and sprints. Finally will a cycle improve on endurance. i am just going to run 500mg/wk...12 weeks. dont get me wrong i definatey want to bulk up but not in a body building physique. thanks in advance.
