    Exclamation Bulk Diet / Training program For Linebacker *urgent*

    Hello I am 18 years old, 170 lbs, and 6 feet tall. I have been training seriously for two years and have yet to diet unfortunately... I play outside linebacker on a 3 4 defense and need to be a good pass rusher. If anyone can help me with a training program and diet plan it would be greatly appreciated!!!

    Bench press 1rm 225 lbs
    Squat 1rm 270 lbs
    Deadlift 1rm 300 lbs
    Powerclean 1rm 160 lbs

    I came across a move that has already shown some growth in my over all strenght. It's a combination move with squats and sholder press.

    Grab a set of bumbells (I started with 30's so I could be sure to get my form down, plus I do it after my squats so I'm already pretty tired)
    Lift the dumbbells as if you were going to do a standing shoulder press.
    Without moving the dumbbells do a free squat, back straight, butt out, push through the heels.
    at the peak of your squat push straight into a shoulder press
    once you return into the initial starting position, move again seemlessly into another squat.
    At the peak of your shoulder press is the end of 1 rep.

    Do approx. 8 reps at a consistant pace. You can move to a more explosive speed once you get the movement down. Remeber to use as little moemntum from your squat as possible in your shoulder press durring the work out, but when using the motion to put people on their ass, the momentum will give you worlds of power.
