    recommendations anyone?

    Hey what's up everybody!
    So, im starting to go to the gym in next week, tomorrow! Hehe
    After like a year of not going, and i feel so nervous! You know, because im starting all over again...
    So i get pay tuesday, and i was wondering on what should i buy.. Like for grocery and supplements...

    Any comment is welcome!!

    Head to nutrition section and see posts. Chicken fish eyes rice sweet potatoes etc
    As for.gym welcome back and be consistent and do not push to hard. Let your body get use to things again

    agree. give your body time to get used to the reisistance training in the beginning before asking it to do too much.

    focus more on a clean diet than on supplements at first.

    eliminate the obvious stuff....

    soda
    junk food
    processed food
    only drink water

    and learn how to only eat whole foods if possible
