how many sets should you be doing for big body parts?
how many sets should you be doing for big body parts?
I do a total of 14 sets on back spread out into 4 excercises.
I do a total of 11 sets for chest over three excercises
I do 9 sets for quads, 6 sets for hams, and 6 sets for calves(allthough I train hams/quads on different days).
back- 16 to 20 sets
shoulders- 16
legs- 16
chest- 16
bi's- 12
tri's- 12
calves- 5
