whats the most effective way of maintaining while dropping BF
i'm 200-210lbs
bodyfat bout 16-17
since i'm 16-17% how many pounds does that roughly translate to?
i'm 5'11
whats the best way going about dropping bf
i'm not trying to add size during this just to maintain
i'm on a five day spilt currently doing cardio 4times a week in the morning on an empty stomach for half an hour
i'm thinking about taking in about maybe going 250 in pro, carbs moderate with little fat about 40mg of the good fats daily
any suggestions?

IMHO-- You can take all those supplements and still not do the right thing. As long as your macros and your timing is on, I think with the help of the above supplements you can accomplish these tasks of dropping bf and maintaining lean muscle mass, hell you might even gain some quality muscle if done right.

Yeah I agree Iam doing swloegenx right now and adding lean quality muscle and loseing weight at the same time its great.Peace
