since i'm 16-17% how many pounds does that roughly translate to?
i'm 5'11
whats the best way going about dropping bf
i'm not trying to add size during this just to maintain
i'm on a five day spilt currently doing cardio 4times a week in the morning on an empty stomach for half an hour
i'm thinking about taking in about maybe going 250 in pro, carbs moderate with little fat about 40mg of the good fats daily
any suggestions?
