    Whats the best way to lower BF% ?

    In other words I want to get lean muscle ! I train hard,eat right,and rest and does it just take Tom and am I doing the right thing ?

    seriously once you get past 10% it's more about eating enough.. it's possible if you are stalled you are simply not eating enough

    where are you at in that regard

    I'm getting bigger and doin a little bit of cardio at the end of my workout,I just want to get more ripped and bigger

    General rule of thumb is that unless you are new to working out: You cannot substantially lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. One of the reasons why many bodybuilders have separate cutting and bulking cycles.
