    New Training Routine

What's up every one , lately I been thinking about trying new routine but I want to know what you all think about it . Basically I want to bring up my arms more , since they are lagging behind my chest/ back & delts , here it is . First week chest/ biceps+ abs/ delts+ triceps / back/ legs+ abs .
    Second week chest+ biceps/legs/triceps+ abs/delts/back+abs .
So I want to do this for 2 weeks or maybe more if I like it then go back to my normal classic routine chest/back/delts/arms/legs. Tell me what you think

well in my opinion you should be adding cardio in there. And you should try full body lifted. You will get overall better results and look better.

And you can be hitting you biceps a few times a week this way.

I dont see the point of your workout mate it doesnt look as if your doing more work on your arms you could do

    Mon chest & tris

    Tue back & bis

    Wed legs

    Thur shoulders

    Fri arms

and add your abs two our three times a week with your cardio, putting couple of days between your arms gives them a rest ,but remember they are a small muscle so dont work them to much

Yes mate i change to that workout that you wrote , gonna try it this week . The one I came up with didn't really work I tried it last week and didn't like it . How many sets of triceps should I do on chest day and same for biceps on back's day , thanks a lot.

If you want to bring up your arms, I would strongly recommend and arms day on its own. I tried it 3 months ago and it has been doing wonders for me as opposed to chest/tri and back/bi.
Also the chest/back/delts/arms/legs routine looks real good, I was actually going to switch to that next month

Two sets of four if your going to hit them on the friday mate , remember the tris and bis are small muscles so dont over do it , your arm day four sets of four and see how you feel

I been doing the classic chest/back/arms/legs for too long working great for chest back and delts but nothing impressive for arms so I thought to change it up.

You could try seated DB curls lifting both arms together until you feel you can't lift anymore them do around four singles reps when you get to the top off the rep twist the DB in towards your chest do this with all the reps not just that last ones , do isolated curls with a Z bar 12 to 15 reps moderate weight 10 kg aside see how you feel you must keep them strict another movement with a BB is to do half reps again moderate weight 20 kg or 25 kg bar 25 to 30 reps 30 to 40 second rest and hit it again , the DB try 15 kg and see how that goes for you
For tris you could try skull crushers but instead of bring the bar down to your skull take the bar past your head and push out from the top of your head in doing this you take the shoulders out of the exercise and the tris do the work start with 10 kg aside on the Z bar and see how you feel 15 reps when you have did your reps bring the bar back up over your chest and do 12 to 15 reps to finish the exercise off you should feel a good pump in the tris take a 30 to 40 second rest and hit them again hope this helps
