What's up every one , lately I been thinking about trying new routine but I want to know what you all think about it . Basically I want to bring up my arms more , since they are lagging behind my chest/ back & delts , here it is . First week chest/ biceps+ abs/ delts+ triceps / back/ legs+ abs .
Second week chest+ biceps/legs/triceps+ abs/delts/back+abs .
So I want to do this for 2 weeks or maybe more if I like it then go back to my normal classic routine chest/back/delts/arms/legs. Tell me what you think![]()
