    I try and stick with

    Reverse flys - 3x12
    Push press - 4x8
Shoulder press on smith - 4x8
    DB front raises -4x10
    Db side laterals -4x10
    Upright rows - 4x10

Im looking for some other suggestions, help is appreciated, thnx.

try slower reps . drop sets . and or super sets . my favorite super set would be military press with db side
but in the end im with you on this . i have fairly strong shoulders . and ive been super setting lately .but i see very minimal gains . im guessing its genetic

try toss in a Y-I-T-W-L workout, on a flat bench or an incline bench.

Too much volume man. Think of the size of your delts in comparison to other muscle groups.
Stick to three exercises. I'd go with Military press, laterals raises and reverse flys. Three sets of each.
