I'll do seated military press for two weeks, standing the week after. Then back to seated again, and repeat.
I like standing because you rely a lot on proprioceptive aspects, eg. not falling over while pressing etc.

Seated Smith when going heavy. Otherwise, i mix seated seated db's and standing bb every 2 weeks or so.

My gym has a seated cable shoulder press that I prefer to use. It's just like seated dbs but easier to go heavy with.

I generally switch out seated bb press and seated db shoulder press, sometimes I do standing.
