    Natty Volume vs Frequency

    Hey guys

have been doing a bit of thinking/research on this and thought i'd ask the guys here. For someone who is training as a natural do you think it is better to work the muscle once per week or muscle growth is more easily achieved by training the muscle twice per week? Through my research I have kind of garnered all different responses.

    Thanks

Probably twice per week with less Volume on each session would be better for a natty guy

I get where your coming from, and I'm thinking the same ! I see big people in my gym training chest Monday and Friday and then other people are like you need to let your muscle rest, but I suppose when doing chest you do triceps and when doing back you do biceps so unless your doing it on the same day then your basically doing biceps twice a week.

Yeah, i'm thinking minor muscles like arms would stay one a week but would it be more beneficial to do your major muscles (chest, back, legs) twice a week?

I think you will really get the most out of it if you do both power and hyper days.... They are in there for a reason, not just for variety....

Run that routine and I garuntee you will progress, strength and size

So im confused (sorry for my ignorance). Is it the power day that will help me gain lean muscle to get a more fitness model type look or the hypertrophy days? I didn't quite understand what you meant in your thread....

Both are going to be stimulating different fibres so you just get the best of both worlds
