Hey guys what's up. I enjoy cardio, I'm one of the rare people I know haha. Well I've always liked the jogging as my cardio source. Like for 30 min 3 times a week. What is your guys is take on cardio for preserving muscle mass? Also I enjoy doing it first thing in the morning. Should I be taking in a protein shake 15 minutes before that morning cardio or should I just keep it till after my weight training session?
