    decline db replacements.

    Sup fellas

I used do no decline eo chest workout, but now I train alone and I don't like bb decline cuz its to short of a range of motion. Ive tried a few things to get those 90 lb db's in my hands after I lay back but its a fvcking hassle. Is there any angles I can hit on the cables to stimulate that area of the pec? Thanks

When your sitting on you decline bench have another bench next to you with your DB on it lift them across when your sitting up then lay back when your done the exercise just drop them to the floor then set it up again ,for cable set cables above shoulder height grab your handles then push them down bringing the handle across the front of you touching the handles together then let your arms come up until the elbows are inline with your shoulders then push down again try this with a light weight first also be careful with your rota cuff with this exercise

Your core should be strong enough to lower the 90's db's from a seated position to the declined working position (if not then you need to build up your core more). Do your set and then drop the db's onto the floor.
