What protocol while on pct?!
Hi guys, am about to start my pct sept 1st and was thinking of doing the 5x5 system as its only 3 days per week as opposed to the 5days a week i train now. just the main body parts mon chest wed legs thurs back an shoulders. nice an heavy to hopefully keep what ive gained,
If you guys know of more sure fire methods please drop a line with what you do.

From what I've read about training on pct is the body is in a catabolic state so get in the gym hit the weights hard and heavy and get out.. No longer than 45mins to an hour of training.. Get home and eat.. I think food intake and not over training is most important during pct. this is my understanding anyways

I keep calories high, employ creatine. I train pretty heavy on cycle so when it's PCT time, i go w/lighter weight and more reps.

Shorter workout durations and take some extra days off. PCT is not the time to be trying to add muscle or achieve a personal best...maintaining should be your #1 thought followed by rest.
