Hi guys, am about to start my pct sept 1st and was thinking of doing the 5x5 system as its only 3 days per week as opposed to the 5days a week i train now. just the main body parts mon chest wed legs thurs back an shoulders. nice an heavy to hopefully keep what ive gained,
If you guys know of more sure fire methods please drop a line with what you do.
