Try to deload instead of focusing on pushing through heavy weight and give your muscles a little break. Then try jumping back into after a week or so it should do the trick
Look into Rest-Pause training technique....its meant to make you stronger and push thru your plateus.Personally I havent tried it because Im still making gains but it makes sense and you better believe I ll be on it as soon as I need to be.
