Thread: Input on excercise routine

    I everyone, In about a months time I'm going to be running a 12 bulking cycle and am curious about trying a new routine I have found on the muscle and strength website. It's a 5 day power, muscle, burn set.
    Has anyone ran this during a bulk cycle with success? I would have to modify it slightly to fit my needs but for now am only curious about past experiences with it. Inputs? Would this be a solid way to put on size? Thanks for the help

    First off please edit the link out of your post... We cant link to outside sources here..... Just copy and paste the routine in if u want others to see it...

    I have had a look and it looks like a well Layed out routine...

    Howevere there is no talk of periodisation or progression.... Make sure to log all of your lifts and aim to beat your log book each week... Even if it is just 1kg each week on a lift like the deadlift that is good...

    Thanks baseline, I wasn't aware of not being able to link to outside sources. Note for next time. I thought the layout was pretty well planned out also, it's just different from what I have always been used to. In all my years of training I've done either trained for strength or trained for cutting. I thought this looked like and interesting idea. Does anyone have any experience training like this?
