I everyone, In about a months time I'm going to be running a 12 bulking cycle and am curious about trying a new routine I have found on the muscle and strength website. It's a 5 day power, muscle, burn set.
Has anyone ran this during a bulk cycle with success? I would have to modify it slightly to fit my needs but for now am only curious about past experiences with it. Inputs? Would this be a solid way to put on size? Thanks for the help
