    Fat

Do you think if I train legs with 20 reps and upper body with 10 reps, I will get less fat in the legs than in the upper body?

No. Fat content is based on caloric intake. Not what exercises you do

Exactly. I accumulate fat on my love handles and my chest. I can have a near flat stomach, basically no fat on my thighs or arms and still have love handles and pockets of fat over my pecs

So it seems I have little problem, my legs are getting too big and I don't want them to grow more only the upper body. Should I stop doing workouts for legs?

maybe changing the way you workout your legs. I wouldn't recommend completely cutting off your leg exercises
