    has this happened to anyone?

    ok, i am into my 5th week of my 2nd cycle now and in week 2 i was doing my chest routine and on flat bench press i feel a pain in the front part of my right shoulder. this is strange cause it doesnt hurt at all during any other exercises inclucing shoulder exercises. i mean, i couldnt even put up 225 more than 5 times without pretty bad pain so i stopped and went on with my workout. i asked a fellow at the gym and he said he has heard of a few people having something similar and that the nerve just gets a little aggrevated and it just takes time to heal. anyone else experience this? any advise? oh, i do warm up before also and still hurts. thanks all!!!

    Yes - this has happened to me recently. I tried to go from 310 on my 5th set of flat bench to 325 and hurt my shoulder area. I think it had to do with a nerve because it was just below the skin and only hurt if I moved my arm a certain way like putting it behind my back, or trying to do more flat bench. Anyway it felt better after 2.5 weeks. I kept working out, just went very light on chest and shoulders.

    Reading your post again this is exactly what happened to me, same shoulder and everything.

    thanks scottp. i hope it only takes that long before i can get back to normal. i am avoiding the flat bench till end of next week. thanks again.
