    Yeah he is extremely specific and detailed!

    Love the single arm upright rows but modified to hit more side! Has really rounded my shoulders on a front view

    Balanced delts are what make them look big and round....

    Rear delt are what people lack the most and without decent rear delts u just won't have that cannon ball look...

    yeh my left Is rounded out but my right one is lacking....and I really cant feel the plumpness in it either....time to put a little more emphasis on it....thanks
