Abs
I need a good ab routine that I could do in my dorm room. I do about 400 crunches ed. Do I need to take a break maybe work them eod. It looks like I'm not getting anywhere. Any suggestions.

what is your diet like and what is your current bf%?anything above 10 and you will not be likely to see them unless you're bloated from water retention(and then you don't want to see them,haha)
is that your only current ab routine?400 crunches?if so,i think you'll have a tough time developing complete abs due to no spinal flexion in the lumbar area

Yeah thats it. I'm at school and don't have access to a gym. My bf% is 17%-18%. not bloated. Help with spinal flexion an the lumbar area. What should I do?

hm, cough up $75.00 and buy yourself an AB Bench... decline and put a 25lb plate on your chest and do crunchs. also, twisting crunchs and side crunchs are also good. and if you can, hanging leg raises.
my ab workout:
crunchs - 4 x 15
side crunchs - 4 x 10
twisting crunch - 4 x 10
incline leg raises - 4 x 15
17% body fat is alittle much, try doing some cardio to shred off your excess body fat. Cardio & Resistanse
