    Cardio during bulking??

So I have heard a lot of different theory's regarding cardio during bulking ex.
1 Don't do any cardio to get maximum size gains
2 do 15 minutes of cardio after a lift session
3 I even heard to just walk 45 minutes a day
My real question is what's best I have not done any cardio so far since I started bulking should I r? Maybe just a little ?

Always do some form of cardio, regardless of goals, especially on cycle. It can stimulate appetite and apart from that there are many cardiovascular health issues that high levels of androgens can cause (left ventricular hypertrophy, high BP, etc.) and staying in good CV health is imperative imo. If you're worried about not gaining due to calories burned during cardio just increase cals but staying in good CV health is more important than the few calories burned during cardio.

I do 3.5mph for 20min twice a week after weights while bulking.

i disagree, a short break from cardio will do no harm and you'll be sure all those cals are being utilised for the purpose you want them for.

Ive been doing 30-45 minutes every day for the last 4 years hasnt hurt my gaining phases one bit keeps me leaner and allows me more training stamina for harder workouts, managed 295 last off season at 5'11 and below 15%.

For me its a matter of timing and duration when it comes to cardio.

While cutting I often do fasted cardio 4-5 times per week for thirty minutes to an hour per session. This sheds the weight for me. I often do low-moderate intensity

If I were to continue on like this while bulking, I feel I would be burning too much. Rather I do cardio postworkout for less time, say 20-25 minutes. I do this just to keep up my cardiovascular shape and avoid some of the fat gain associated with bulking. My postworkout cardio is pretty low intensity.

Good deal...you're a lean dude so if you can put on 15-20 lbs. during your bulk you'll look solid bro!

well assuming you're in the states and winter is around the corner I say yeah bulk for another 15-20 lbs. and then either maintain or cut alittle come spring. My buddy is 6'-3" similar build to you and weighs 230 lbs. and looks diesel.
