Developing chest
So my chest has never been my best feature since I have started bulking naturally my chest has grown from 42" to 45" last summer I took a test booster and my chest got up to 48" but I'm so broad in my shoulders I guess that it doesn't seem that big ... How can I get my chest thicker and developed better?? Also how can I get more of a v shape from my waist to my lats and back even when I have a six pack my waist is 36"? Thanks!!

jut keep hitting the chest bro
benchpress
fly's
incline
d-cline
try dips also
BUT for that v shape you gotta work out the back. you can do upright rows, bend over upright rows things like shoulder workouts and behind the head military press

Stop doing the same thing over and over again. Just like dieting, the same routine only works for so long. When I let the bars go and picked up dumbbell I saw an almost immediate difference.

hang on a minute, your chest has gone from 42 to 48, and you;re not developing?! that equals a serious amount of muscle. i suspect you arent measure exactly the same area each time
