Which is the best way to train though PCT, this is my first ever PCT.I know you need to deload, but which is the best way to do this?

Keep the weight heavy (100%) but do less sets?

    Or

    Light weight (70%) high reps?

What built the muscle will keep the muscle so keep the intensity up but reduce the amount of sets, 45mins at the most and go home and recover. You can incorporate some intense training protocols like dropsets, negs, rest pause etc but dont over task the body its a time to recover your CNS so keep on it but reduce the amount of sets

Thanks, how much should I reduce my sets, cut them in half? From say 4 working sets to 2?
