Anyone a leg specialist??? Legs have always been a strong point for me so I've never really put a lot of emphasis on working them out. That being said I actually workout legs more then any other body part, mg leg workout usually consists of a few 100 rep extension and curl sets to pump up and 10 sets. Of 10 squat with 2 min rest inbetween. I want a more elaborate leg regime. Can someone write me something up?
